What types of packages are available?





Typically packages are either limited, unlimited or pay as you go.



With unlimited packages you get an unlimited number of DVD’s sent to you a month. You can choose to have 1, 2 or 3 DVD’s at a time. As soon as you send one back then a new DVD will be sent out.Typically there’s a few days turnaround.Please note that some suppliers have been known to throttle high usage to ensure that the overall service is good for all customers.



With limited packages you are paying to receive a set number of disks each month. You can choose to receive 2, 3 or 4 DVD’s a month and as soon as you’ve used your quota you’ll need to wait until the next month to see more great films.



Lovefilm and EasyCinema offer a pay as you go package.You can buy prepaid credits which enable you to receive cheap DVD rentals. However credits do expire ( 90 days for Love Film and Easy Cinema).



The free trial, sound too good to be true where’s the catch?





There is no catch. Most suppliers offer a free trial so that you can see for yourself that the service is right for you. They take your credit card details so that you can roll straight onto the full service once your trial ends. The only slight complication is that you need to remember when your free trial is due to end and leave some time to make sure that all your DVD’s are returned and booked to avoid next months fee.



What if I want to cancel?
